About this project

A fully custom corporate marketing site and CMS built speculatively for HydroTerra Technologies, LLC — a full-service land and hydrographic surveying firm headquartered in Scott, Louisiana, licensed across Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and beyond. The existing company site (hydroterratec.com) is a dated WordPress build — this rebuild delivers a cinematic, modern experience with Framer Motion page transitions, scroll-triggered animations, Locomotive Scroll, and a gold-on-deep-blue brand palette that communicates the firm's Gulf Coast authority. Includes a fully custom JWT-authenticated admin CMS (no third-party auth) for managing page content, media, contact submissions, and job applications. An AI chat assistant powered by Gemini and OpenAI handles site visitor inquiries. The careers page features a full employment application matching the company's paper form — up to 6 education entries, 10 licenses, and 4 prior employer slots — submitted via React Hook Form + Zod and stored in Neon Postgres. LocalBusiness JSON-LD, per-page canonical/OG tags, and auto-generated sitemaps are baked in from day one. Built in February 2026.
